Caroline Dabu is a wealth management executive and corporate director with over 25 years of experience driving growth strategies across North American financial services. As people live longer and face more complex life stages, she helps wealth firms compete in the longevity economy with guidance that goes beyond the numbers.

Dabu founded VSGS Advisory Services, a consultancy pairing wealth management expertise with marketing execution and distribution strategy. Through an affiliation with London-based SBR Consulting, she leads integrated marketing and sales engagements for wealth firms in the UK and North America. She also created Wealth PRISM™, a proprietary advisor platform for servicing clients through retirement, caregiving, business succession, and legacy transitions.

Before consulting, Dabu  spent over two decades in executive leadership at BMO Financial Group, leading Marketing & Client Strategy for its North American wealth businesses, building its Wealth Advisory Services team, and launching one of the industry’s earliest digital financial planning platforms.

An advocate for high advice standards and broader access to financial planning, Dabu chairs the board of FPSB Ltd., the global standards body for the financial planning profession. She is a past member of the World Economic Forum’s Longevity Economy Working Committee, and holds the ICD.D designation in board governance and the GCB.D designation in sustainability oversight.

She holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Carleton University.

Dabu’s term on the FPSB Board of Directors ends 31 March 2028.
